This villa is situated in Portals Nous, Mallorca. This privileged location means it´s very close to the best venues in the area.

It was built on a 1346 m2 plot of land, the property itself was 765 m2 with a 220m2 terrace. Built on two floors, it comprised of 5 spacious suites with extraordinary views a dining room, a gym, a wine cellar and a garage, with space for 4 cars.

Outdoor spaces

This residential’s project’s architecture was modern, and minimalistic; which was the perfect setting for this green oasis and our Vondom furniture. It’s large terrace was divided into two areas: the porch, which connected the interior to the exterior of this Villa, were a modern and elegant dining room was furnished with chairs from the Faz collection. The adjoining area,was also furnished with sofa and armchair sets from the same collection, designed by Ramón Esteve. All of these furniture pieces were combined with planters of similar designs; creating an area to enjoy life outdoors.

On the other side of the green oasis is the swimming pool, equipped with a hot tub and a waterfall that provides relaxing massages. Around it, the Faz collection loungers and the Vela gazebo have been arranged, a refuge where you feel comfortable while the hours pass.
