First New York, then Los Angeles and now… it’s Miami’s turn!

Vondom opened recently its new flagship store in Wynwood, Miami’s street Art epicenter, continuing its expansion in America.

In this 7,000 square feet space, Architect Ramon Esteve combines curved lines and industrial style, using the building’s same design “language”, in which round corners provide continuity both to the façade and the interiors. Circular geometries invade the space, both vertical and horizontally.

Cylindrical decks showcase different collections like Surf, Bum Bum, Vela or Flat which generate a landscape organized by colors on monochromatic islands. Round mirrors  hanging from the ceiling just above the decks reflect the colors, backed by the depth of the black ceiling.  Along the perimeter, there are circular shelving systems of different diameters, where the seating collections and the  planters are displayed on a mirror back-round.

A central cylinder hosts the kitchen, the toilets and a conference room, linking the space around it and acting as a graphic support of the brand. Customer service desks are clearly identified by backlighted images of Vondom’s collections.

Outside, the striking façade full of bright colors, executed by Okuda San Miguel, winner of Miami Wall Art Contest, has an irruptive effect, innovative and at the same time elegant, having two Florida’s pink flamingos as the the center piece.

This unique and sophisticated space, will be, without a doubt, the perfect meeting point for design and avant-garde lovers in Florida.
