L´Horta is a restaurant with a sustainable approach based on the three basic pillars of the common good: the product, the environment and society. The culinary offer (pizza is its speciality) is based on a clear commitment to healthy eating and responsible consumption, offering fresh, seasonal and local products. Its food is to be enjoyed, without rushing, in a natural environment where the colours, finishes and textures reflect the company’s philosophy.
This two hundred square metre gastronomic space is divided into two areas: a large room where diners enjoy the freshly cooked pizzas and the take away and reception area where Vondom’s contract furniture has been placed, giving this space a modern and urban design that perfectly combines with the minimalist design of Ramón Esteve´s Vela flowerpot holders.
The interior design of this Valencian restaurant has been inspired by fields, ploughed furrows, plots of land and harvests. The aim of the project is to conceptualise an orchard plot using pure lines and shapes as well as natural materials such as wood, stone, clay and plants.
To sum up, a contract project in which the Vitale interior design stands out for its elegance, through the black colour of the furniture, the restrained lighting and the philosophy of responsible and sustainable consumption that is encapsulated in short, direct messages integrated into the restaurant’s decoration, forming part of the menu design.
