Water, light, and silence shape the atmosphere of Breakaway House, a residential retreat conceived to slow the rhythm of the day and bring a deeper sense of calm to outdoor living.
The proposal is defined by formal purity, spatial clarity, and a constant dialogue between the interior and its surroundings.
Breakaway House
Designed by Tez Arquitectura, with interiors and bespoke elements by Inhabit Architects, the project unfolds as a sequence of spaces made for pause, movement, and restoration. Around the pool, the soft, sculptural presence of Milos by Jean-Marie Massaud creates a landscape of comfort inspired by forms shaped by wind and sea.
In the lounge areas, Tulum by Eugeni Quitllet introduces a refined balance of natural teak and contemporary technology, adding structure, warmth, and quiet sophistication to the setting.
Together, these collections create an exterior that feels both expansive and intimate: a place where architecture opens to the sky, materials soften the experience of space, and every piece contributes to a more serene way of living.
