Restrained, fresh and simple design
Bueno is a minimalist property located in Algemesí, Valencia designed by Chrialt Arquitectos, with a consistent and daring designn based on the perfetion and purity of the design, and a balanced discourse between interior and exterior. The building, covered with a while malleable façade, and brought together in three L-shaped bays, is an ode to the most eloquent simplicity and a faithful reflection of what is happening in the interior.
This 653 m2 construction is based on pure and simple lines with restraineed colours, making it a sophisticated home.
The home’s architecture has been developed using three bays, allowing for the distribution of large open spaces that are joined together.
On the main floor is the day area, where the kitchen is located, joined to the living-cum-dining room which, in turn, is connected to the outdoor terrace and the spacious garden. In other words, the interior and exterior spaces merge to create a spacious living area where the owners can carry out any type of activity and therefore enjoy the most important area of the building as much as possible.
A modern and elegant residence
This is where Vondom’s outdoor furniture is used. The Faz collection designed by Ramón Esteve, consists of a modular sofa, armchair and a central table.
Furthermore, the sun loungers from the same collection have been placed next to the pool, demonstrating that the furniture lines and the architecture form an excellent symbiosis, resulting in a tranquil, modern and elegant home.
